About Us
Reframe Inclusion specialises in strengths-led, neuroinclusive coaching and consultancy - with practical support that goes beyond conversation.
We help individuals move from burnout and overwhelm to confidence and thriving — and we support organisations to create environments where diverse minds are understood, included, and set up for success.
Reframe Inclusion sees and supports from all sides.
Reframe’s founder, Kristen, has over 20 years’ experience in senior HR / Learning & Development roles, and as such understands the real challenges organisations face - from reducing absence and retaining talent, to meeting legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010.
Therefore, in addition to providing essential support for individuals who are struggling to thrive, Reframe Inclusion can also help businesses go beyond compliance to create cultures where employees know they belong, their contributions matter, and difference is seen as an asset, not a barrier.
From reviewing Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) to ensure they’re truly inclusive, to offering alternatives to the standard ‘neurotypical-first’ approaches, and providing meaningful support for all.
At Reframe Inclusion, there’s no one-size-fits-all. We create space to unlock strengths, challenge outdated systems, and reframe what’s possible - for individuals, teams, and organisations.
Reframe what’s possible by understanding difference as strength.

Kristen Birt

Coach & Consultant (Founder)
“At Reframe Inclusion, I’m all about helping people understand and embrace their unique neurotype, strengths, and values — because when you work with who you are, not against it, life feels different. I also work with organisations to create cultures where everyone feels like they matter and belong. Inclusion isn’t just a buzzword to me — it’s about real change, with care, compassion, and intersectionality at the centre.”

Our Values in Action
Reframe Difference. Unlock Strengths. Rewrite Limiting Beliefs.
Supporting Individuals & Workspaces to Thrive – Together.
At Reframe Inclusion, we believe meaningful change starts by working with human difference, not against it. Whether we’re empowering individuals through coaching or helping organisations create truly inclusive cultures, our work is grounded in integrity, compassion, and the belief that everyone deserves to be seen, valued, and supported to thrive.
We’re here to challenge limitations - internal and systemic - and help individuals and organisations unlock what’s possible when strengths, inclusion, and human potential align.

Integrity & Accountability
We lead with honesty, transparency, and courage. We do what’s right - even when it’s hard - and we take ownership of our actions, building trust through consistency and respect.

Compassion, Belonging & Social Intelligence
Every person’s experience matters. We create spaces where individuals feel understood, valued, and connected - because belonging isn’t earned by masking or fitting in; it’s fostered through empathy, community, and human connection.

Authenticity & Courage
We believe that being true to yourself is a strength - not a weakness.
In both coaching and consultancy, we encourage honest reflection, vulnerability, and the bravery to challenge old narratives.

Strengths-Led Empowerment
Our 1:1 coaching helps individuals rediscover and reframe their innate strengths - especially those whose potential has been overlooked or misunderstood. You don’t need to be ‘fixed’ - you deserve to be empowered to work with your brain, your story, and your unique abilities.

Curiosity, Creativity & Love of Learning
We never stop asking questions, exploring new ideas, and challenging assumptions.
Whether it’s personal growth or systemic change, progress starts with curiosity and the courage to think differently.

Fairness, Perspective & Inclusive Leadership / Equity
We believe inclusion is about equity, not conformity.
We help organisations and individuals embrace diverse perspectives, dismantle barriers, and lead with wisdom, kindness, and accountability.
