Our Logo

The Reframe Inclusion logo was carefully chosen to reflect both the heart of our work and the founder’s heritage – Aotearoa New Zealand.
It is a Pounamu (greenstone) which is considered a taonga (treasure) and is often gifted to symbolise connection, respect, and the passing on of strength or protection.
The Triple Pikorua (Twist) symbolises the strength of human connection - representing the interwoven relationships between individuals, communities, and organisations. It speaks to the enduring bonds that form when people feel seen, valued, and included - relationships that are not linear, but evolving and eternal.
Woven through this is the Koru (Spiral) - a symbol of new beginnings, personal growth, and harmony. Inspired by the unfurling silver fern of Aotearoa (New Zealand), the koru reflects our belief that true change, whether within ourselves or in the systems around us, begins with curiosity, courage, and care.
Together, these symbols embody the essence of Reframe Inclusion: fostering authentic human connection, empowering growth, and creating cultures where everyone - especially those whose strengths have been overlooked - can thrive.
This logo represents not just our work, but our values: connection, integrity, belonging, and the belief that meaningful change starts by embracing difference - and reframing what’s possible, together.
